1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before placing an order.
3. Products & Services
We offer both physical Trading Card Game (TCG) products and Live Break services.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging, promotional items, and product contents may vary depending on the manufacturer.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.
4. Live Breaks
A Live Break is a service where sealed TCG products are opened live on stream.
By purchasing a Live Break, you understand and accept that:
- Card contents are entirely random.
- No specific cards, rarities, or values are guaranteed.
- The service begins when your assigned product is opened during the live stream.
- Once the service has begun, cancellations and refunds are only available where required by applicable law.
To improve the efficiency of live broadcasts, outer packaging may occasionally be opened before the stream. All booster packs and sealed contents remain unopened until they are opened live.
5. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- Pricing errors have occurred.
- Products are unavailable.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
- Incorrect information has been provided by the customer.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is accepted.
7. Payment
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch or before participation in a Live Break.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
8. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers.
- Customs authorities.
- Force majeure events.
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
9. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are shipped after their official release date.
Release dates are determined by the manufacturer or distributor and may change without notice.
If release dates change, shipping dates will be adjusted accordingly.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
11. Manufacturer Defects
Cards and sealed products are manufactured by third parties.
We cannot guarantee card centering, print quality, packaging condition, or the absence of factory defects.
Manufacturer-related defects do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless required by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and streams, including logos, graphics, photographs, videos, text, and branding, is our property or used under licence.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
14. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the consumer's country of residence where such protection is required by applicable law.
